Who We Are

The inventor of the Total BodyTrac is Dr. Brian Melancon, DPT. A Physical Therapist since 2006 and a former UFC professional athlete, Brian has treated a diverse range of patients, from a 95-year-old grandmother to elite athletes. He is also a certified manual therapist with a Level 2 SFMA certification. Brian developed the BodyTrac Pro to address his own injury—a bulging disc in his lumbar spine that caused severe radicular pain. After achieving the relief he sought, he then refined the design and has since shared BodyTrac Pro with hundreds of individuals, receiving outstanding feedback. He then founded Improve and Perform with the goal of offering top-tier clinical equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The BodyTrac Pro is the first product we are launching with this goal in mind. There will be more to come!
